Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Help to define and execute purchasing strategies;
2.Develop and maintain a qualified and potential supply base to meet company's requirement;
3.Releasing PO to suppliers according to ACK;
4.Order follow up and ensure supplier OTD by travel and phone call;
5.Via Negotiation with supplier or finding new one to achieve yearly cost reduction target;
6.Finish production order on time to not affect production schedule;　
7.Invoice clear up and submit;
8.Goods coming inspection documents prepare;
9.Daily communication with other departments on suppliers / purchasing issues
10.Any other tasks required by supervisor.　

Job Specifications:
1. Bachelor degree, majored in Mechanical Engineering or related
2. At least 2 years working experiences in sourcing or supply chain, strong technical background is a plus;
3. Capable in problem solving and negotiations;
4. Good communication both in Chinese and English.
5. Frequent business trip is required;　
6. Integrity, self-motivated and good team player
